Enrollees are encouraged to attend hospitals with their HMO ID cards. This serves for proper identification and documentation. Your E.ID from your email or phone will also suffice
You can access your benefit details on your mobile app. Also, you can refer to your HR, successful purchase notification mail or information leaflet for your healthcare benefit.

As an enrollee, you are not supposed to make payment for any service rendered so far as it is within the scope of your cover.
You will generally not be refused treatment in your eligible hospital. In the event of refusal of treatment, you should call our HMO care line immediately for prompt intervention.
There is no limit to the number of times an enrollee can visit the hospital for medical attention.
